How do I book?
You can submit the booking form on this website or telephone us or fax or email us
Will you send confirmation?
Yes – as soon as you book we will send you an email which will have a Booking Confirmation. This will give you full details of the seminar plus a link to a directions map to help you find your way there
Will you send an Invoice?
As soon as we have confirmed your booking you will receive an invoice by email
How do I pay?
You can pay by cheque, credit card or BACs payment – all the details are on the invoice. Payment becomes due at the time of booking when the invoice is issued.
Do you do in-house training?
We do, some people prefer us to train in house, or they have a large number of staff that need training. We can either deliver one of our BiteSize packages, or the training can be tailored to your needs
What sort of format is the seminar?
We use the round conference table format for the seminars, this gives more room for you, gives a place to write in the workbook and enables group exercises to take place around the tables…and it’s much nicer than sitting in rows!
How many people attend?
The number of people on a seminar varies, but is usually between 40 and 80
Is there much interaction?
Obviously there cannot be one to one coaching with a group of that size, but there is plenty of opportunity for interaction and feedback as well as interaction in the groups
What sort of venues do you use?
We usually use 4 star hotels and the occasional 3 star
